|Recommended: YesAmazing staff and great property — I moved into Georgetown in February 2026 and it has been nothing short of amazing Maintenance has promptly fixed every issue I have had within a very short timeframe if not same day. The property manager and leasing agent are beyond helpful and so incredibly kind. I love the peaceful tranquil setting of my apartment backed up against the woods and often enjoy my mornings on the balcony having coffee watching the wildlife. All of my neighbors are really great as well I’m so grateful to have found Georgetown The apartments are very spacious, never hear my neighbors, love my den.

|Recommended: YesCozy and quiet — We love living in the Georgetown apartments. It is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is kind and considerate. The maintenance staff has been very helpful and quick to respond. We are very happy here.

Our dog enjoys her peaceful walks and her time at the dog parks. I'd recommend Georgetown apartments to any of my family and friends looking for a comfortable place to live.
|Recommended: YesIt's a wonderful life at Georgetown — The process of finding and leasing an apartment at Georgetown was easy to accomplish. The leasing agent Dorame was extremely helpful, quick to answer my many questions. the facility is located very conveniently with shopping right next door, restaurants nearby and Grape Road shopping just up the road.
The grounds are neat and clean and you can see an abundance of wildlife.

|Recommended: YesDennis — Shauna and her staff have been really great to work with. I’m really impressed with how quickly the maintenance staff has gotten my issues resolved. All of the issues I’ve had have been minor, but most of the time they are out the same day. Having two dog parks has been great too.
