|Recommended: YesCozy and quiet — We love living in the Georgetown apartments. It is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is kind and considerate. The maintenance staff has been very helpful and quick to respond. We are very happy here.
|Recommended: YesGeorgetown is like living in the country — I love our little corner of peace and quiet here in Georgetown. Surrounded by woods, it's a calm and quiet environment. Our dog enjoys her peaceful walks and her time at the dog parks. I'd recommend Georgetown apartments to any of my family and friends looking for a comfortable place to live.
|Recommended: YesIt's a wonderful life at Georgetown — The process of finding and leasing an apartment at Georgetown was easy to accomplish. The leasing agent Dorame was extremely helpful, quick to answer my many questions. the facility is located very conveniently with shopping right next door, restaurants nearby and Grape Road shopping just up the road.
The grounds are neat and clean and you can see an abundance of wildlife.

|Recommended: YesDennis — Shauna and her staff have been really great to work with. I’m really impressed with how quickly the maintenance staff has gotten my issues resolved. All of the issues I’ve had have been minor, but most of the time they are out the same day. Having two dog parks has been great too.

|Recommended: YesResident Tenant — I both work and live here at Georgetown apartments, so take my review as a little biased. As a tenant i can say, the office staff do their job well, and do it with a smile on their face. maintenance i.e. me and Tyler do what needs to be done. the grounds are clean and the pool will be a nice addition this summer if it will ever open up. quiet and peaceful here.
